to interior parts of New Gurgaon and Delhi with a metro extension coming soon,

here. The metro route, as per the officials will start from Huda city center
and extend up to sector 23, which cross NH-8 at Hero Honda chowk through
Subhash chowk. From NH-8, it will extend to Sector 104 near Dwarka expressway
via sector 9A and come back. Then the metro route will stretch to Sector 4 or 5
and go towards Palam Vihar and Rezang la Chowk in sector 23.
At first, 19 metro stations were
planned on the metro corridor but the officials decided to build 22 stations as
per the revised plan. Now, the metro route alignment altered to take the metro
up to Sector 104. This development move attracted lots of commercial and residential
investors.
All the prominent builders have
shown their utmost interest and launched several projects across New Gurgaon
such as sectors 82, 83, 86, 91, 92 & 95A. For the coming future, the Haryana
government also panned multiple development activities in the region. Also,
with the third-highest per capita income in India, New Gurgaon has become the
most promising financial and industrial hub which promises a healthy return on
investment in the mid long term horizon.
